The European social partners of the construction industry - EFBWW and FIEC - publish a joint statement on third country national workers and companies in the EU construction market.
The construction industry is a fraud sensitive sector. EFBWW and FIEC consider that a comprehensive legislative framework should be put in place and that an adequate framework to fight against fraudulent practices, including in subcontracting chains, is required.
